My best days as a teacher are those in which I grow managed to see every student as an individual, provided lessons guided by a dry land-based view and are applicable to the lives of my students, where I have made tuition an active process, when I have accent respect for all things and all people, where I have begined and put to death authentic tasks, when I maximized opportunities for critical thinking and problem solving, and lastly, when I have allowed all students the chance to gain friendship and are closer to existence independent learners. I believe each and every babe has the authorization to bring something unique and special to the world. I get out help children to develop their potential by believing in them as capable individuals. I volition assist children in discovering who they are, so they give notice express their accept opinions and nurture their hold ideas. I have a vision of a world where people learn to respect, accept, and embrace the difference s between us, as the substance of what makes life so fascinating.Every classroom presents a unique residential area of learners that varies not only in abilities, but also in learning styles. My role as a teacher is to give children the tools with which to cultivate their own gardens of knowledge. To accomplish this goal, I will teach to the needs of each child so that all learners can feel capable and productive. I will present curriculum that involves the interests of the children and makes learning relevant to life. I will merged themes, integrated units, projects, group work, individual work, and hands-on learning in coif to make children active learners. Finally, I will tie learning into the world community to help children become caring and active members of society. My classroom will be a caring, safe, and equitable environment where each child can blossom and grow. I will allow children to become responsible members of our classroom community by using strategies such as class meetings, imperative discipline, and democratic principles. In showing children how to become responsible for themselves as well as their own learning, I am giving them the tools to become successful in life, to believe in themselves, and to love themselves. When the teachers role is to guide, providing access to culture rather than acting as the primary source of information, the students search for knowledge is met as they learn to find answers to their questions.
