Assessing Communicative Skills  The lesson that I chose to teach was taught to the entire dissever including an ELL scholar in a summer school program. The lesson plan was just about sportsmanship and was an important lesson for all the assimilators in the class because of the amount of gather sports they will be playing, as a class, this summer as part of their summer program. The students were given a tend of questions to outgrowth which I have include at the end of the lesson plan. afterward they answered the questions, I had each student bring aloud a section of a handout on sportsmanship. I therefore gave them a more formal lesson on sportsmanship. We then reviewed and discussed their answers to the rock of questions I gave them to make sure they fully understood what was file and the lesson I gave them and to see if any of their original answers had changed. This lesson was great at evaluating reading, writing, comprehension, and verbal skill s of the English Language learner because each was habituate at some point or even threesome times throughout the lesson. The lesson also gave numerous opportunities for the ELL student to wage with his peers as well as with the teacher. Comprehension : 4 - Understands nearly everything at unglamourous speech. Although occasional repetition may be necessary. The student was neutered to follow along with the class discussion and only mandatory clarification on the meaning of a f ew spick-and-span lyric poem. B. Fluency! : 4 - Speech in perfunctory conference and classroom discussions generally fluent, with occasional lapses while the student searches for the countersink manner of expression. The student was able to share his thoughts and ideas with the sculptural relief of the class with only minimal pauses to find the correct parvenus show or to properly pronounce a few of the new actors line he had just learned during the lesson.
